About the Role
We’re looking for an Accountant Community Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting and strengthening our network of over 130 accountant collaborators. In this role, you’ll collaborate with accountants to address their questions and needs, ensure quality standards are upheld, and foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships. Additionally, you’ll help enhance our accountant community by managing onboarding processes, training sessions, and ongoing support. This is a dynamic role focused on community engagement and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Accountant Community Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping our accountant community. Here’s how:
Support and empower our accountant network: Be the first point of contact for accountants, addressing their questions, solving problems, and ensuring they meet our quality standards.
Manage onboarding and training: Organize meetings, conduct training sessions, and ensure new collaborators are set up for success.
Monitor and improve quality: Ensure KPIs are met to maintain optimal service standards and guarantee top-notch quality from all collaborators.
Build engagement: Strengthen connections with accountants through events (both online and in-person) and community-building initiatives.
Lead generation: Investigate and identify new ways to onboard partners, and test different marketing approaches.
Strategize for growth: Forecast accountant needs, anticipate churn, and develop long-term strategies to keep our network thriving.
