Telleroo is looking for a Customer Support Analyst. Are you looking for a role where you are part of a small team and are trusted to manage your own time?

What do we expect from you?

  • Quick Learner who will become an expert in the Telleroo system, running demo’s for new and existing customers.
  • Be the first point of contact for inbound customer queries.
  • Work closely with our product and commercial team, helping shape the future of Telleroo with customer feedback.
  • A self-starter who can make the role their own.

Your Desired Skills (Don’t worry if you don’t match all, full training will be provided)

  • Degree / background in computing or technologty a plus (understanding of SQL helps a lot)
  • 1-2 years experience working in an online customer-facing role.
  • Friendly, honest and fun to work with.
