We’re looking for a Senior Practice Success Manager to join our remote team within the UK. Telleroo is a fast-growing fintech startup that sends billions of pounds a year for some of the top companies in the UK like Thirva, Bought By Many, and Tide.

We’re a fully-remote team of 24 across 7 different countries. We’re passionate about payments and keeping things simple for our users. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

You’ll be joining at an exciting time, we’re growing rapidly and there’s a lot to do. You’ll be instrumental in the growth of Telleroo, focusing on onboarding, training and upsell and within the accounting and bookkeeping channel. We truly believe that accountants and bookkeepers have the power to change the lives of business owners and we want to support them with that!

What you’ll be doing:

Onboarding & Training:

  • Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new accounting and bookkeeping partners, ensuring they understand and can effectively use Telleroo’s products and services.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and resources to continuously support and educate partners, enhancing their capabilities and maximising their success.

Unblocking & Support:

  • Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that partners encounter, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure their seamless experience with Telleroo.
  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for partners, offering proactive support and guidance to resolve issues and optimise their usage of Telleroo’s platform.

Thought Leadership:

  • Lead initiatives to position Telleroo as a thought leader in the accounting and bookkeeping sector by sharing best practices, industry insights, and innovative solutions.
  • Create and disseminate valuable content, such as blog posts, webinars, and whitepapers, to educate and inspire the community of accountants and bookkeepers.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with accounting and bookkeeping partners through regular, personalised communication and engagement.
  • Attend industry events, both virtual and in-person, to represent Telleroo, foster connections, and stay informed about the latest trends and challenges in the sector.

Feedback & Improvement:

  • Gather and present back feedback from partners to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements in Telleroo’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay partner needs and ensure that the company’s offerings evolve in line with market demands.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and communications with partners in the CRM system.
  • Utilise data insights to track partner success, identify opportunities for growth, and measure the impact of support and training initiatives.

Market Insights:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging challenges within the accountant and bookkeeper sector.
  • Share insights and recommendations with the team to inform strategic decisions and enhance Telleroo’s market positioning.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management within the accounting/bookkeeping space
  • Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by accountants and bookkeepers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing your time and priorities effectively.
