About you

We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to join Telleroo at an exciting stage of growth. This is a hands-on role working directly with business clients. You’ll be responsible for improving funnel conversion rates, generating new leads, and shaping the future of our sales function.

If you can prove out the model, this role has the potential to evolve into building and leading a full sales team. You’ll need to be metrics-driven, highly proactive, and commercially minded.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and creative lead generation strategies.
  • Own and optimise the sales funnel to increase conversion rates across every stage.
  • Take leads from first contact through to closed deals, managing the full sales cycle.
  • Track, report, and act on key metrics to continuously improve performance.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align messaging, campaigns, and customer feedback.
  • Build trust with prospects through consultative selling and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • If successful, hire, train, and manage a sales team to scale Telleroo’s growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years cold calling experience.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
  • Strong experience generating your own pipeline and closing deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimise funnel conversion rates with measurable results.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with sales metrics and reporting.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership potential, with experience managing or mentoring others a plus.
  • Humility and collaboration, willing to roll up your sleeves as part of the commercial team.
