Your Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Manager who will be the conduit between UiPath and SAP to join our team and work on an endorsed partnership with another vendor. You be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the partnership, delivering on the goals and objectives of both parties, and providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.


What you'll do at UiPath

  • Develop a clear understanding of the goals and objectives of the endorsed partnership, including identifying specific deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with the partner vendor to ensure that both parties are aligned on the goals and objectives of the partnership.
  • Develop and maintain a project plan that outlines key activities and timelines, and track progress against that plan.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on the status of the partnership and any issues that arise.
  • Coordinate with other teams within the organization, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that the partnership is integrated with other business activities.
  • Manage any risks or issues that arise during the course of the partnership, and work with the partner vendor to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to evaluate the success of the partnership and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
