Your Mission

As a GTM Operations Program Manager at UiPath you will lead and manage GTM Operations programs and projects supporting our processes for revenue retention and growth within our install customer base.  
 
In this role you will be responsible for program design and implementation for GTM Ops initiatives, acting as a driver from ideation to completion. You will engage with internal stakeholders, including executives and geographically diverse technical and business advisory teams, to drive successful program design & delivery.  


What you'll do at UiPath

  • Coordinate, lead, and manage initiatives across all relevant UiPath divisions and liaise between business stakeholders, the CoE team, and other functions
  • Efficiently assess concurrent priorities and guide the business stakeholders in establishing a delivery roadmap
  • Build detailed business cases by critically examining the opportunities, alternatives, project stages, and financial investment to recommend the best course of action that will create business value
  • Coordinate feedback and insight gathering, proactively managing stakeholder issues professionally and tactfully, and report and escalate to management as needed
  • Develop detailed project plans, inclusive of scope, timeline, risks, governance, and communication, to monitor and track progress and present project dashboards to all stakeholders and management levels
  • Manage project issues and risks, identify project dependencies, and assist in the development and/or review of related documentation
  • Define a value-tracking and adoption tracking methodology to allow for constant iteration and improvement of our initiatives 
  • Assist with internal change management & SOP updates, ensuring all team members are appropriately informed 

What you'll bring to the team

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
  • Minimum five years’ experience in GTM project/program management and/or consulting
  • Experience communicating with executive stakeholders and driving GTM programs from design through delivery
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, written and verbal, with the ability to facilitate complex organizational conversations
  • Experience in Agile concepts and tools, ability to guide delivery teams
  • Strong critical thinker with problem-solving aptitude, conceptual and analytical skills, with demonstrated outside-the-box problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively engage and work within a global team, listen to multiple stakeholders, and balance expectations
  • Experience in stakeholder management, risk assessment, negotiation, and influencing to deliver on project objectives
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and quote-to-cash sales process
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory; fluency in any other language is a plus 

  
Nice to have:

  • Qualification in Project Management (e.g., PMI, PMP)
  • Knowledge of RPA technologies
  • Exposure to digital transformation
  • Experience within a SaaS company, startup environment, or similar rapidly-growing enterprise strongly preferred
