Your Mission

Your mission: in this position, you will oversee analysis and development of the company’s business operations of systems such as NetSuite, Concur, Xactly, Blackline, SAP etc.  


This is a highly analytical role that includes both business and technical expertise and requires a deep knowledge of functional Finance processes, and expertise on systems integration and data management.   

 

Your duties include working closely with Finance teams to analyze requirements, estimating cost and effort, establishing system enablement, configuration and design to support the business to operate efficiently by investigating existing and new systems for improvement, reporting common issues, evaluating systems performance, and recommending new system procedures. Sometimes you may also be involved in improving an organization's current operations and procedures.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Workflow creation and revisions
  • Manage system enhancement projects, including new functionality roll-outs and modifications of existing functionality, and coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews and other post-implementation support activities
  • Write requirements to support projects and approved reporting requests
  • Provide guidance and support to the Finance team members
  • Work with IT, Finance and HR super-users and project team members, utilizing both business process knowledge and systems capabilities to capture new requirements for resolution of business issues
  • Research, review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems and processes
  • Communicate and present process changes, enhancements and modifications to management, peers, staff and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood.
  • Incorporate "best practices" approaches

What you'll bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science (or related field)
  • 3-5 years’ experience as Business Analyst with other ERP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, etc.)
  • Minimum 2+ years of NetSuite System Applications/Process experience
  • NetSuite ERP Cloud-based technology, Hyperion platform (Oracle EMP Cloud Financial Consolidation and Close) 
    Hyperion (EPM)– Administration and operational support - are a key aspect for the role
  • Conceptual and analytical skills with demonstrated outside-the-box problem-solving skills
  • Experience in operations or process consultancy in any of the following areas Contact centers, Financial audits, Compliance, Finance and Accounting, Supply chain, Banking, Insurance, US Healthcare, HR services 
  • Subject matter knowledge of Accounting and business functions and technology solutions
  • Experience documenting process flows
  • Ability to work with a large, global, functionally diverse, and informed user base that demands high-quality applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and willing to work in an energetic, fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize assignments to deliver quality work in a timely manner
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills; multilingual skills are highly desirable
  • Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is highly desirable
