Your Mission
Your mission: will be responsible for all UiPath's cloud and physical infrastructure – both in terms of the current infrastructure as well as the projection and planning for future growth. This current cloud infrastructure is primarily in Microsoft Azure with some AWS mixed in.
What you'll do at UiPath
• Manage on-prem and virtual infrastructure • Installing and troubleshooting network servers, hardware and software • Performing regular maintenance on servers and other equipment in order to ensure optimal performance • Providing technical support for computer applications and operating systems used by the organization • Designing and implementing new computer systems and networks, including creating detailed blueprints of existing systems for future reference • Working with managers to determine system needs • Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions • Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures • Accomplish engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed
What you'll bring to the team
• 3-4 years IT operations and engineering experience; • 2-3 years cloud storage and security technologies experience • Proven track record delivering start to finish cloud deployments • Good understanding of storage, server, virtualization, and networking technologies • Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements • System design background is a nice to have • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills • Able to navigate fast paced and rapidly evolving environments • Proficient in the technical aspects of facilities, such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, telecommunications, and security systems • Proficient with Windows OS Server [Linux / Windows].
