Your Mission

The Sales Engineer is a strategic technical advisor to customers, sales leaders, and account executives. SE’s collaborate with customers to uncover pain-points and craft solutions with the UiPath platform to drive maximum customer value. This position works with other UiPath team members to secure the technical win and ensure customers are set up for success in their automation journeys. 


What you'll do at UiPath

  • Partner with the Regional Sales Leader to understand potential across a portfolio of customers and devise a strategy to win business with those customers. 
  • Accelerate the technical decision-making process towards the technical win 
  • Identifying customers’ needs and map UiPath’s platform to solving those needs 
  • Evangelize the Value that Automation brings to businesses by combining digital workforce with the exponential power of AI/ML capabilities
  • Build and deliver tailored demos to showcase the solution 
  • Learn the benefits of emerging technologies and how to integrate with UiPath 
  • Provide feedback to our product team at improvement the platform with customer feedback 
  • Share best practices with the other members of the UiPath GTM team 

What you'll bring to the team

  • A strategic mindset, programmatic thinking, and ability to balance multiple stakeholders with often conflicting demands 
  • Ability to gain the confidence as a trusted advisor internally and externally 
  • Ability to influence client technology decisions with a UiPath solution 
  • Ability to validate proposed solutions and architectures, and create appropriate messaging for sales and technical staff 
  • Focus on customer outcomes 
  • Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills 
  • 3-5 years’ experience in consulting, sales engineering, automation programs, or similar field 
  • Proficient in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
