Your Mission

We are looking for a Solution Consultant to join our team and help us sell our AI and document understanding technologies to enterprise customers. You will be responsible for working with our sales team to develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, and for providing strategic support to our sales team during the sales process. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in AI and document understanding, being a thought leader in the region.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Support end-to-end sales activities and create strong value propositions.
  • Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers’ needs first.
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure delivery of strong RFx’s, contextualized demos and powerful POCs.
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement (including on site meetings) with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct workshops, business reviews, offer coaching and proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges.
  • Engage in product release cycles to promote new releases and provide feedback on the product roadmap internally.
  • Continually identify and develop new uses for UiPath that drive adoption and that align to customers’ business needs and strategic goals.
  • Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention.
  • Coach customers to be product experts and enable their teams on UiPath best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient.
  • Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies and use-cases in AI and document understanding.
  • Work with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies for our AI and document understanding technologies.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Experience in a customer-facing, pre-sales or strategic consulting organization.
  • Technical background with hands on experience in AI and document management technologies.
  • Results-oriented and outcome-based mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
  • Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, as well as a second language.
