Your Mission

The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will play a pivotal role in our team, overseeing the full-cycle Accounts Payable process. This role requires a strong grasps of financial principles, exceptional attention to detail, and expertise in Tableau and Excel for data analysis and reporting.


What you'll do at UiPath

  • Process, verify, and reconcile high-volume invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Review and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide documentation and support for external and internal audits.
  • Conduct regular vendor statement reconciliations and address outstanding issues. Act as the primary contact for vendor inquiries, managing communication effectively and professionally.
  • Assist in month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams, to streamline processes and solve any issue.
  • Utilize Tableau for in-depth analysis of large datasets, developing insightful dashboards and reports for tracking and analyzing Accounts Payable metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation, working cross-functionally to implement improvements.

What you'll bring to the team

  • 4+ years experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Exceptional attention-to detail, organizational skills, expertise in managing time effectively to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong capacity of understanding and analyzing data flows through upstream and downstream systems.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor and team interactions.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Working experience with Coupa and Tableau would be a plus.
