Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose

Your Mission

This role is for a PM that has fundamental knowledge about REST APIs, Webhooks, SDKs, JSON, SOAP, OAuth, API keys, … who can also address a talk track on these topics without losing the audience.  The ideal candidate has a prior work track in an Agile/Scrum technical environment and has high customer engagement skills.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Manage and develop the product backlog by identifying gaps in the product landscape
  • Write specifications for new and updated epics and stories
  • Prioritize the road map and release schedule
  • Align and communicate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, other product managers, engineering, etc.)
  • Drive agile discipline and practice to the PM and Development teams (Sprint review, planning, retros, … )
  • Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Closely collaborate with global engineering teams on an ongoing basis
  • Document and communicate release artifacts and implications
  • Contribute to the UiPath product vision and road map
  • Be a product evangelist both internally and externally
  • Instrument our products and use data for product decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and players

What you'll bring to the team

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience
  • Proven hands-on experience in API driven products
  • Proficiency in SOAP/GraphQL/REST and JSON, SQL
  • Knowledgeable in service driven architectures, authentication standards, webhooks, queues, cloud vs on-prem
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Experience managing engineering backlogs
  • Great communication and collaboration skills with a wide variety of partners
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a problem solving mindset
  • Ability to adapt quickly to multiple changes
  • BS degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience in automation / workflows / RPA is a plus

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above— but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned
