Your Mission

The Commercial Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to achieve sales targets.


What you'll do at UiPath

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess progress.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Participate in team meetings and share feedback to refine processes.

What you'll bring to the team

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience of Proven track record in commercial sales or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B sales and handling large accounts is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Competencies:

  • Goal-oriented and results-driven.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, technology, manufacturing).
  • Familiarity with relevant sales methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of local/regional market dynamics
