We are looking for a GTM Operations Planning Program Manager to lead and execute our annual Go-To-Market (GTM) planning process while also driving key strategic initiatives that support our GTM strategy throughout the year. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams to drive business growth and efficiency.

• Own and lead the annual GTM planning process, partnering with Operations, Finance, Systems, Sales and other key stakeholders to develop and execute a data-driven, actionable plan.
• Drive program management of GTM strategy initiatives, ensuring key projects are scoped, resourced, tracked, and delivered on time.
• Develop and manage governance frameworks for planning and execution, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment across teams.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Business Intelligence teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the effectiveness of GTM plans and initiatives.
• Identify and drive process improvements in GTM operations, ensuring scalability and efficiency in execution.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, aligning leadership and stakeholders on priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Synthesize big data and present actionable insights that can be converted to data-driven solutions.
• Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to senior executives, providing insights and recommendations based on market trends, performance data, and operational challenges.

• 3+ years experience leading a functional team of individual contributors

• 7+ years experience in a management consulting, or revenue/sales operations related role

• 3+ years experience in B2B software or technology industry

• Experience with Channel Operations and Partner Programs a plus.

• Experience working with Salesforce.

• Experience extracting data from large, complex databases.

• Strong experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Project Management, planning and organization skills.

• Excellent analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving.

• Interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience within a SaaS company, startup environment or similar rapidly growing enterprise.
