Your mission
The AMER Strategy & Operations team partners with sales leadership to execute against our revenue targets, deliver meaningful insights to inform critical decision-making, and collaborates with cross functional teams to identify and implement strategies, programs, and processes to generate consistent and scalable growth.
The Role and what we look for:
The team is seeking an experienced Strategy & Operations leader with experience partnering with sales leadership teams to provide strategic consultation and expertise across the United States Public Sector business. You’ll support the continued growth and development of the vertical’s sales strategy, while ensuring operational excellence.

Reporting to the Sr. Director S&O Americas, this role will have a significant impact on both the Americas sales organization and the broader company. This position will directly interact with executive leadership, channel and field sellers as well as peers throughout the global Strategy & Operations organization at UiPath.
What you'll do at UiPath
Partner with sales leadership to identify opportunities to increase sales productivity and improve operational efficiency across the Public Sector vertical.
Synthesize big data and present actionable insights that can be converted to data-driven solutions.
Design, document, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize revenue and elevate our go-to-market execution teams.
Build models to evaluate the economics, value and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives intended to develop and retain our customers.
Leverage market insights to build growth forecast models that inform territory and account productivity
Contribute to global process and workflow improvement projects that promote efficiencies within our revenue processes
Participate in annual planning activities including territory mapping, quota assignment and headcount / organizational management
Work in key sales process applications including but not limited to SFDC, Tableau, and Clari
Drive cross functional collaboration for alignment on sales metrics
Develop executive level presentations that analyze business and sales activities and achievements
Provide ongoing analysis and development of scalable and controlled business processes & playbooks
Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Sales Technologies, and Finance.
What you'll bring to the team
7-10 years of relevant experience in management consulting, or revenue/sales operations
5+ years working within a Federal/State & Local sales team is preferred
Experience within a B2B SaaS company, startup environment, or similar rapidly-growing enterprise is strongly preferred
Strong working experience with Salesforce required
Strong experience with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) or Google Docs Editors (i.e. Docs, Sheets, Slides) required
Analytical mindset with a passion for data and yet ability to see “the big picture”
Superior attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
