Your mission
UiPath is searching for a Senior Controller for the controllership team responsible for handling statutory & tax audits for
group subsidiaries across geographies including India and would be engaged in the financial reporting requirements of
the group. This role primarily collaborates extensively across the finance function within the organization, the external
auditors and other stakeholders to secure the deliverables expected
What you'll do at UiPath
• Ensure audits for the group subsidiaries are managed within the prescribed timelines, with no exceptions and continuous rationalization of statutory financial close process.
• Support the audits / other requirements per other governing statutes (viz., GST, tax Audits, Surveys etc.)
• Deliver timely reporting for the group period close requirements
• Ensure adherence to internal controls / SOX for applicable processes.
What you'll bring to the team
• A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA / CPA / equivalent with 5-7 years (non- CA / non-CPA with 8-10 years) of progressive experience of working in dynamic environment with exposure to financial reporting, managing audits and handling compliances of large entities having presence across geographies
• Good understanding of IND-AS / IFRS / USGAAP
• Working knowledge of Income tax and Indirect tax systems would be preferred and knowledge about other tax jurisdictions would be an added advantage.
• Should possess good Microsoft office skills, be good in navigating ERP’s (having worked previously on SAP would be an added advantage) and should have working knowledge of enterprise performance management tools (viz., Hyperion).
