Your mission

As a Salesforce Solution Designer, you will work to solve complex problems by designing or modifying Salesforce architecture and testing the integration of software in these designs for correct functionality. You will work closely with the business and other IT teams to provide innovative solutions and/or resolve any technical issues within Salesforce and related applications.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, architects and business stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements

  • Understand all the business processes in the existing Salesforce implementation including integrations with other applications

  • Analyse requirements and architecture vision to propose Salesforce design solutions for complex business challenges

  • Build solution design documents and decompose the solution into manageable tasks to be picked by the build teams

  • Provide design assurance by periodic review of the build activity and assist with building as needed

  • Hands-on declarative configurations across multiple Salesforce Clouds

  • Contribute to the delivery planning by providing high level estimates

  • Actively work on technical debts in the current Salesforce implementation

  • Proactively work on Proof of Concepts to showcase any feature/functionality/possibility in Salesforce to fulfil any business requirement or increase business productivity

  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and explore new Salesforce features.

What you'll bring to the team

  • 6+ years hands-on experience using Salesforce

  • Proficient in building solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds (CPQ is a must)

  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture, ability to design scalable solutions utilizing industry best practice

  • Ability to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs

  • Skilled at defining and documenting business processes and requirements for ongoing system improvement initiatives and translate them into technical solutions

  • Working knowledge of custom development concepts such as flows, lightning components, apex, triggers and web services

  • Experienced in executing gap analysis and requirements traceability matrices

  • Excellent communication skills and collaborates well with multi-functional teams

  • Able to work autonomously with minimal guidance
