Your mission
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Manager to develop and manage training, tools, and resources for our Commercial team and Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This role will ensure sales teams have the necessary support to drive revenue and improve performance, aligning strategies with team needs and leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
What you'll do at UiPath
BDR Enablement: Oversee ongoing training, content creation, and reinforcement for BDRs, ensuring alignment with AEs, RVPs, and sales strategy
New Hire Onboarding: Define success metrics for new BDRs and guide them on key performance indicators (KPIs) and best practices for prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments
Manager Collaboration: Work closely with sales managers to develop strategies that optimize sales & BDR activities, pipeline building, and alignment with goals
Career Development: Create tools and processes to transition BDRs into Account Sales Reps (ASRs), supporting their growth
Sales Tools & Technology: Manage sales enablement tools to ensure BDRs have the resources needed to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
Continuous Improvement: Stay current on industry trends and best practices to evolve and improve enablement strategies for Commercial Sellers and BDRs
What you'll bring to the team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in sales enablement or sales support
Familiarity with sales processes, lead generation, and qualification methods
Proficiency in sales enablement tools and CRM systems
Strong communication, training, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
SaaS or technology experience is a plus
