Your Mission

The VP Revenue Excellence Operations for the International Region will provide strategic consultation and expertise across the sales organization to support continued growth and development of the global sales strategy and operations. Enable the organization to achieve current and future business critical objectives by designing, developing, and facilitating world class revenue programs for segments of the UiPath Global Sales Organization.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Streamline end-to-end operations to boost efficiency, scalability, and profitability across multiple markets and product lines.

  • Spearhead strategic initiatives that optimize revenue and enhance GTM execution, leveraging experience with enterprise clients and channel partners.

  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics frameworks to deliver actionable insights, facilitate data-driven decisions, and inform executive leadership.

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure cohesive, high-performing global programs.

  • Guide multi-regional expansion efforts by establishing robust operational models, adapting to local market conditions, and driving consistent processes.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring leadership teams, and championing operational best practices.

What you'll bring to the team

  • 12+ years of experience in operations, revenue/sales operations, or relevant consulting, ideally within B2B software or technology sectors.

  • Proven leadership experience (=/= career ICs or leaders with limited team sizes)

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce

  • Proficiency in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDD-PICC or equivalent

  • Demonstrated success in building and leading multi-regional teams—experience steering Sales Operations or GTM functions across EMEA/APJ or global territories is highly valued.

  • Track record of designing complex solutions involving cloud computing, data storage, and enterprise infrastructure, translating market insights into operational excellence.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with proven ability to distill large datasets into meaningful business recommendations.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities; able to negotiate, influence, and align diverse teams toward shared objectives.

  • Capable of driving strategic decisions in ambiguous environments while providing clear direction, mentorship, and performance management for teams.
