We are seeking a highly motivated Public Relations expert to develop and execute PR and media strategies and tactics for UiPath. This position will play a significant role in driving UiPath thought leadership and message consistency across geographies to drive increased awareness and share of voice. This role is focused on our Americas market (North and Latin America) but also has some Global responsibilities syndicating relevant PR out to other regions and coordinating consistent metrics. This individual will report to the Chief Marketing Officer, has one direct report in the US and collaborates closely with other PR focused marketers in EMEA and APJ.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage the Americas PR agencies and work to identify trends and generate media coverage, press releases, and other content; ensure our agencies have access to the latest information including branding and messaging
Proactively ensure all relevant PR and content is syndicated out to other regions; both to UiPath PR and communications teams and to the respective PR agencies
Collaborate with product, corporate, and regional marketing teams to formulate and execute strategy to raise awareness for UiPath via public relations; drive increased share of voice in our key markets for UiPath
Support the creation of consistent, high-quality communication materials – including press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, and global results reporting – to ensure consistency of messages in line with the go-to-market strategy within regions
Build and maintain a global portal to facilitate knowledge bi-directional knowledge transfer amongst all UiPath communications marketing staff and the respective PR agencies
Orchestrate thought leadership campaigns in support of various corporate and regional objectives
Drive public relations and collaborate with social media team around news announcements and regional events
Collaborate with our customer reference team to promote customer successes internationally
Provide media training to international leadership/spokespeople representing UiPath
Track metrics regarding the success of AMER, Corporate and international public relations programs
Qualifications:
Minimum 12+ years of experience required, preferably high-tech public relations agency and corporate
Bachelor’s degree in journalism/public relations/communications/international relations field required
Experience in media relations, spokesperson training, program execution, and integrating social media into campaigns
Success working with executives, cross functionally, and managing public relations agency resources
Prior experience in a global communications role
Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-directed, result-oriented and the ability to manage frequently changing priorities and projects.
