Your mission
As an Agentic Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and leading the development of key Agentic Templates and Agentic Components within the AI-powered UiPath Business Automation Platform. You will work alongside industry experts, professional services, and our engineering teams to create solutions which leverage the full potential of UiPath Platform. You will provide technical leadership, customer implementation guidance, drive the best engineering practices, and contribute to strategic planning for product development. This role requires a unique blend of hands-on technical expertise, customer-centricity motions, communication with multiple stakeholders, and roadmap planning to drive UiPath automation platform forward.
What you'll do at UiPath
Lead the architecture, design, and development of stable, reusable UiPath solutions, particularly focusing on AI-driven components of the UiPath platform.
Develop workflows and custom activities using VB.Net/C#
Verifying and leverage appropriate UiPath components from the UiPath Product Suite, providing internal feedback on products and implementation necessities
Incubate new ideas, stay abreast of emerging technologies, particularly in AI/GenAI, and drive their adoption where relevant to the product roadmap via creation of stable, reusable UiPath solutions.
Create specialized UiPath Agents with the best prompting, tools, and Humans-in-the-loop via end to end orchestration. Including UI Automations, API workflows, intelligent document processing, UiPath Action Apps, and agent evaluations.
Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, researchers, and other stakeholders to define, refine, and execute the technical product roadmap.
Provide solution designs and implementation guidance to customers throughout the development of new deals and proof of concept ideas.
Drive the technical strategy and evolution of system architecture, analyzing complex issues, proposing solutions, and ensuring alignment with business and technical needs.
Mentor and grow engineers across teams, fostering technical excellence, conducting design reviews, sharing knowledge, and helping them advance in their careers.
What you'll bring to the team
Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related technical field, OR equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and implementing automation workflows in UiPath.
Knowledge of the entire UiPath Platform. UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Document Understanding, UiPath Action Apps, UiPath Test Suite, and UiPath Insights.
Understanding of UiPath workflow-based logic (e.g. Robotic Enterprise Framework, Document Understanding Framework, Orchestration Processes).
Demonstrable experience in shipping UiPath solutions leveraging AI technologies. Deeper experience with utilizing Large Language Models (LLM) and Prompt Engineering, UiPath Context Grounding, and Machine Learning Models deployed in UiPath AI Center is highly valuable.
UiPath Certificated Professional Program preferred. UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional, UiPath Automation Developer Professional Certification, and UiPath Specialized AI Professional Certification.
Expertise in key programming languages such as Python (especially with AI/ML frameworks), TypeScript, and C#, backed by solid object-oriented programming principles and computer science fundamentals.
Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and solution design for building highly scalable, reliable, and fast performing solutions.
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and best practices to produce the best possible output from a GenAI model.
Proven ability to provide technical leadership, drive technical strategy for platform components, mentor engineers, and foster best practices
Ability to work effectively within globally distributed teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and architecture clearly to diverse audiences.
Nice to have:
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and AI-driven features.
Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Previous experience working with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega or Nice
Previous experience working with Camunda, Microsoft Copilot, CrewAI, Salesforce AgentForce, LangChain, or ServiceNow AI Agents
Understanding of UiPath Infrastructure requirements.
