Your mission
You will be working closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Payroll to ensure that the Sales commissions and related Sales bonuses are accurate, complete, and paid on time. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that constantly strives to scale and improve processes, with an eye for detail and ability to work independently to support the growth of a successful RPA company. You will fully immerse yourself in data, draw insight from analysis, and then develop compelling, synthesized recommendations.
What you'll do at UiPath
Develop an in-depth compensation knowledge, best practices, and principles to meet/overachieve business expectations
Create and deliver reports to the sales organization based on Sales actuals during plan performance periods
Plays a key role in the processing of Sales reports, compensation calculators and payout statements
Act as a SME and primary point of contact for compensation inquiries, including resolution, and responsible for providing any additional compensation plan training
Perform detailed audit of commission statements prior to release of payments, ensuring data integrity and accuracy of plan calculation
Manage and support the incentive compensation reporting application (Xactly) including system enhancements, report design, functionality improvements, and stability
Troubleshoot Xactly, audit integrity of the data and resulting outputs to ensure alignment to the sales compensation plan (UAT annual testing)
Collaborate with various business partners, provide strategic insights and recommendations to build best-in-class variable program
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of plans and relevant policies and application of those policies, monthly reporting, and ad hoc analysis
Serve as liaison among HR, IT, HRIS, Payroll, and key business stakeholders to provide system support and to fully leverage Xactly system capabilities to meet the needs of the business and UiPath’s workforce
Gains in-depth understandings of compensation design under the guidance of the Global Sales Compensation & Operations team to progress development of systematic tools and processes to aid in the compensation process
What you'll bring to the team
3+ years of experience in Sales Compensation in a fast-paced environment
Experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Financial Analysis, or a related function is a plus
Working with a Sales Commission tool is a must (Xactly, Callidus, SPIFF, Captive IQ)
Strong problem solving and analytical skills to effectively analyze data and create meaningful, understandable reports, metrics, and insights
Proficiency in Excel (advance user), PowerPoint, Salesforce experience highly desirable
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with a diverse teams and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries
Ability to handle variety of complex tasks, working with partial/conflicting data
Motivation and willingness to work on big, time-sensitive projects
Independence and self-organization to navigate you through ambiguous situations
Fluency in English and good communication skills
Outstanding analytical skills
