Your mission
UiPath Enablement is looking for a passionate, self-driven and collaborative learning developer
to join the team and help us achieve our mission of supporting all our audiences in achieving
readiness for the agentic automation era. As a Senior Learning Developer in UiPath
Enablement, you will work with peer developers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to
design and build digital and instructor-led trainings and other types of assets used by our
audiences.
What you'll do at UiPath
Carry out Job-Task-Needs Analyses and perform other types of research (feedback
analysis, stakeholder interviews) to capture performance outcomes and challenges of the
UiPath target roles.Work with audience representatives to define and document learning needs and success
metrics of learning initiatives, as well as their impact on business goals.Design technical and non-technical learning assets (courses, hands-on exercises,
knowledge checks) that meet the learning needs of the targeted audience groups (sales
professionals, technical employees, partners, customers and industry professionals).Develop learning assets in relevant formats (video demos, walkthroughs, narrated
presentations, graphics, text curation) and in relevant delivery modes (eLearning, (virtual)
instructor-led training, hackathon).Develop other types of digital assets used by the target audience e.g., customer-facing slide
decks, according to the UiPath style guide.Own and maintain learning assets according to product releases, industry trends and
learner feedback.Review courses developed by peers for accuracy, functional relevance and educational
value.Support the design, development, and implementation of measurement and evaluation
strategies to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of learning assets.Build technical expertise on identified UiPath products and technologies
What you'll bring to the team
5+ years in designing and developing learning assets.
1+ years of experience in creating visual assets according to a style guide.

Work experience in Agile environments would be a plus.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree.
Preferred certification as UiPath RPA Associate.
Preferred formal certification in other IT domains (Server, Network, Storage, Operating
Systems, Databases).Preferred Instructional Design Certification or similar.
