Your mission
As a Sales Enablement Senior Program Manager - Sales Plays, you will lead the design, rollout, and optimization of Sales Plays across our Sales organization.
This role is critical in translating go-to-market strategy into actionable field programs that drive pipeline, win rates, and seller confidence. Part of the Enablement Org, you’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Pricing and Competitive, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership to bring campaigns, product launches, and value propositions to life—through effective, field-ready plays.
Note: This is a senior Individual Contributor role.
What you'll do at UiPath
Sales Play Ownership
Lead end-to-end development and execution of global Sales Plays—from scoping and planning to field rollout and measurement
Build playbooks and supporting assets that package positioning, talk tracks, call guides, discovery questions, objection handling, and follow-up motions
Ensure plays are aligned with GTM priorities (e.g., product launches, industry focus, competitive wins, quarterly initiatives).
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Product Marketing to translate product/solution messaging into actionable field enablement
Work with Sales Leaders to validate relevance, usability, and alignment with pipeline priorities
Coordinate with Regional Enablement to localize and drive adoption of plays in AMER and International markets
Align with RevOps to ensure plays are tracked through SFDC workflows and supported by the right data and tooling
Field Engagement & Feedback Loops
Activate Sales Plays through live enablement (e.g., Masterminds, office hours, enablement sessions), async learning, and communications
Establish consistent feedback loops with sales reps, SEs, and managers to improve plays based on what’s working (and what’s not)\
Iterate plays regularly to reflect market changes, new product features, and competitive dynamics
Reporting & Optimization
Define KPIs for sales play adoption, engagement, and impact (e.g., pipeline influence, conversion rates)
Use data to refine play structure, delivery methods, and timing to maximize field effectiveness
What you'll bring to the team
5+ years in enablement, sales operations, or a GTM-focused role (e.g., sales, SE, product marketing)
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and go-to-market motions
Proven experience building or delivering enablement programs and/or sales playbooks
Ability to translate complex solutions into simple, field-ready guidance
Strong communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills
Experience with enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
