Your mission

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue worldwide. This role requires cross-functional leadership, creativity, project management excellence, and a deep understanding of multi-channel marketing to deliver measurable results.

As a key member of the global marketing team, you will collaborate closely with product marketing, digital marketing, regional field teams, sales, and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment, flawless execution, and global consistency with local flexibility.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and own end-to-end integrated marketing campaign strategies aligned to company goals, target audiences, solution areas, and buyer journeys.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product marketing, digital marketing, regional marketing, content, creative, GTM & sales enablement teams to build cohesive campaign plans and assets that can be localized globally.

  • Execution & Management: Oversee the campaign calendar, project timelines, and deliverables across paid, earned, and owned channels, ensuring campaigns launch on time and within budget.

  • Content & Asset Development: Drive the creation of campaign messaging frameworks, hero assets (eBooks, videos, whitepapers), nurture flows, landing pages, emails, ads, webinars, and events.

  • Performance Measurement & Optimization: Establish campaign KPIs, monitor performance dashboards, report insights, and optimize activities to maximize ROI, pipeline impact, and customer engagement.

  • Regional Enablement: Equip regional marketing and field teams with campaign kits, localization guidelines, and activation tools to amplify reach and effectiveness across diverse markets.

  • Innovation & Best Practices: Continuously test new campaign approaches, channels, and technologies to improve performance and stay ahead of market trends.

What you'll bring to the team

  • 3+ years experience with in a Campaigns Manager capacity

  • Demonstrated success managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, ABM, content syndication, email nurtures, social media).

  • Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Experience working in SaaS, tech, or highly matrixed global companies preferred.

  • Content Strategy Experience
