What you'll do at UiPath

  • Hold process walkthroughs with clients and document process requirements

  • Assess automation feasibility, prepare high level solution designs, and hold reviews with technical counterparts

  • Bring fresh perspective while designing the future solution using lean & design thinking principles

  • Create business cases including work effort, duration, and Cost Benefit Analysis

  • Prepare test cases, scenarios to cover functional and non-functional requirements for UAT

  • Measure KPIs and metrics pre- and post- automation

  • Contribute to UiPath knowledge base with solutions to problems in relation to specific markets (industry, product, etc)

  • Stay up to date with new UiPath technologies

  • Provide thought leadership to clients on additional automation opportunities leveraging industry and automation product knowledge

  • Assist in defining services approach to new UiPath product capabilities or services offerings

  • Display customer and partner first mentality

  • Be a proactive problem solver

  • Be a strong team player, vocal leader, and flexible with projects

  • Extract and transform customers' process data using UiPath tools and technologies (Process Mining / Task Mining) to extract insights.

  • Deploy, manage, and scale complex dashboards in UiPath Insights for large audiences including execs and upper management

  • Use data to process and derive root causes and quantify the business impact

  • Take ownership and drive end to end initiative on analytics solutions across various industries like BFSI, Healthcare

  • Assist with client training as needed

What you'll bring to the team

  • Good communication skills & team player attitude

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience) strongly preferred

  • Experience of 7+ years in a business analysis

  • Experience of 4+ years on process automation tools preferably UiPath

  • Experience of in data cleansing and data preparation is a plus

  • Strong hold on trends that influence the process automation market

  • Good understanding not only about RPA but complimentary technologies as well

  • Experience in MS Office and business process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucid Chart

  • Experience in Agentic, AI/ML technologies

  • Ability to translate business challenges to data insights

  • Prior experience on BI tools like Looker, PowerBI or Tableau a plus
