Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

We are looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and proactive GTM Planning & Operations Analyst to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales Planning & Operations team. In this high-impact role, you will play a critical part in shaping sales execution and strategic planning across our global GTM organization.

You will lead data-driven decision-making by developing scalable planning models, conducting deep performance analyses, and creating actionable insights that directly influence our sales strategy. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration to support end-to-end GTM planning processes — including territory design, capacity modeling, and productivity optimization.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, business-minded, and passionate about translating data into strategic action.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Support GTM planning and operational initiatives across global sales teams — including territory design, quota planning and defining roles & responsibilities.

  • Perform deep-dive analysis on sales performance, pipeline health, productivity trends, and other key business metrics to inform strategic decisions.

  • Build and maintain complex Excel models to evaluate planning scenarios, forecasting models, and sales performance frameworks.

  • Develop insightful dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI to support executive visibility.

  • Translate complex data into Executive-ready presentations that clearly communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership

  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Sales Tech to align planning processes and drive operational efficiency.

  • Contribute to the evolution of GTM strategy by applying structured thinking, identifying process gaps, and championing continuous improvement.

What you'll bring to the team

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Planning, or similar analytical roles OR a bachelor’s degree in a similar field of study

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, nested formulas); strong working knowledge of PowerPoint.

  • Experience extracting data from large, complex databases

  • Experience working with Salesforce (reporting, dashboards); familiarity with Power BI and/or SQL is a strong plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable working with large data sets and translating insights into actionable outcomes.

  • Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and contribute proactively to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally and present findings to senior stakeholders.

  • Experience in SaaS or a high-growth B2B environment preferred.

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
