Your mission

You as a Renewals Specialist will be responsible for driving account renewals in advance, driving retention with existing customers, and increasing the number of product expansions.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Partner with Account and Channel Managers teams to secure timely renewals and minimize churn

  • Retain and increase subscription revenue in existing customer accounts by positioning packages and price updates

  • Migrate existing customers from our legacy plans onto new packaging and licensing models

  • Proactively identify lengthier renewal scenarios and maintain high on time renewal rates

  • Update renewal forecast on a weekly basis and maintain reporting

  • Create client proposals and contracts for all existing customer renewals. Continuously iterate and provide customer feedback on the renewal experience

  • Also, as an employee of UiPath you are required to comply at all times with UiPath’s policies that were communicated to you from time to time and that are available on Inside UiPath.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Experience in renewals, sales, or account management

  • Fluent written and spoken English and German

  • Being comfortable with negotiation and having conversations with procurement departments

  • High confidence in managing customer quoting, contracts, and terms

  • Strong customer-facing acumen and communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and to help manage a high volume of accounts

  • Ability to build relationships quickly and work with many cross-functional teams

  • Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently with little oversight to deliver on deadlines and ensure timeliness of renewals

  • Ambition to look for opportunities to expand the scope of the role and take on new projects

  • Experience working with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Automation first mindset.
