Your mission

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Talent Development Manager to join our global People team. In this role, you’ll be a key architect and driver of initiatives across four core pillars: Leadership Development, Learning Experiences, Performance Management, and Talent Assessment.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role with global reach. You’ll partner closely with business and people leaders to build scalable, forward-thinking solutions that meet the evolving needs of our talent and business.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Design and co-lead leadership development programs that support growth at all levels.

  • Build learning experiences that blend elearning, live sessions, coaching, and other modalities to engage diverse learners.

  • Contribute to the evolution of our performance management practices, ensuring they reflect our culture and values.

  • Help define and refine how we assess and develop talent—identifying opportunities for growth and career development.

  • Partner cross-functionally with HRBPs and business teams to ensure our programs support broad talent strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the Talent Development team, dividing focus areas based on skills, interests, and business needs.

  • Measure success and drive continuous improvement through feedback, data, and experimentation.

What you'll bring to the team

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related HR discipline.

  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing leadership development and learning programs in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Experience with performance management and/or talent assessment methodologies is a plus.

  • Strong program management skills and a bias for action—able to move from strategy to execution independently.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and time zones.

  • Curiosity, empathy, cultural awareness, and a user-centered mindset.
