Your Mission
Join the platform team that powers all UiPath Business Automation Platform capabilities from sign-up/sign-in to the first run experience to the administration of users, settings and services. Collaborate with other product managers, engineers, marketers, salespeople and partners to define, evangelize and deliver enterprise-ready platform capabilities to internal UiPath product teams. Those teams then leverage these platform capabilities to create a consistent, scalable and delightful experience for UiPath customers.
We are seeking a technically adept PM who has a passion for, and appreciation of great design. Drawing on your experience with UX Platforms and Design Systems, you will partner closely with Design and Engineering leaders to re-imagine our Apollo design system and supercharge UiPath's investments around Agentic Automation.

What you’ll do at UiPath
Drive the strategy for UX platform capabilities and increasing adoption across UiPath product teams.
Be a thought leader, shaping how we deliver delightful and consistent UX across Agentic Automation experiences
Contribute to the overall UiPath platform vision and roadmap.
Deeply understand internal and external customers' needs and challenges.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (compliance, marketing, sales, legal, pricing, other product managers) to gather feedback from customers and partners.
Work closely with sales to collect feedback and transform it into features to be included in the roadmap.
Become known as a UiPath Business Automation Platform product expert internally by deeply understanding our platform, our customers and how they use it. Use this knowledge to help direct the platform vision and strategy.
Stay up to date with industry trends and players, 3rd party product compliance and administration capabilities and future plans.
What you'll bring to the team
8+ years of technical product management experience on an enterprise B2B product
Experience defining, shaping and delivering platform capabilities over multiple release cycles
Experience building and growing adoption of UX Platforms / Design Systems
Experience working with Cloud SaaS; micro-services architecture experience is desired
Deep technical depth; may include previous software development experience
Data-driven approach; structured thinker; well-organized, with a positive can-do attitude
