We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Product Management to lead the UiPath Enterprise platform including Automation Cloud (SaaS) or Automation Suite (self hosted), Licensing, Security and Governance, and e-commerce. As a member of the Product leadership team, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution to drive adoption of UiPath's Agentic Platform, especially among enterprise and government sectors. You will lead and inspire product teams through your industry expertise and thought leadership in paving the path for driving and scaling Agentic Automation though UiPath platform.In this role, you will provide industry-leading expertise, inspiring product teams with a clear, forward-thinking vision. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless, scalable solutions. Your leadership will directly impact how customers leverage UiPath for scalable, secure agentic automation. You have expertise in AI / platform governance frameworks and can lead SteerCo discussions for strategic decision-making, and working with product engineering teams to deliver customer and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap for enterprise platform aligning with UiPath's overarching goals and customer needs. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and inform continuous improvement

  • Customer-Centric Development: Engage with enterprise and government customers to gather insights and become a trusted partner, ensuring our solutions meet stringent compliance and operational requirements.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with global Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and GTM teams to deliver cohesive and impactful product experiences.

  • Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization—from the end user (technical buyer) to the decision maker (economic buyer)—with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.

  • Domain Expertise: Industry thought leader with deep domain expertise and a point of view rooted in evidence on the evolving technology and industry solutions landscape.

  • Team Leadership: Coach ICs and/ or managers on job-specific skills, team development, and team capability planning. Effectively structures and leads talent acquisition efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI or Agentic enterprise platforms.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of enterprise and government sector requirements, including compliance standards like FedRAMP, NIST, and GDPR.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from conception to launch.

  • Customer-Centric: Passion for solving customer pain points, with a track record of delivering AI platform that are both powerful and easy to use.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
