Life at UiPath
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
Your mission
Be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple interrelated projects. Represent the customer inside our company and dentify the customer's need and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill while articulating what success looks like for a product, and rally a team to turn that vision into reality.
What you'll do at UiPath
Own a portfolio of activity packages focused on productivity automations (Office 365 & G-Suite), setting vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
Expand platform coverage on macOS by prioritizing and closing functionality gaps based on usage analytics and customer feedback.
Drive the adoption of scalable development principles and processes that will guide all projects to successful iterative delivery meeting the highest quality standards.
Champion the customer voice: Conduct interviews, synthesize insights, and translate them into backlog-ready requirements.
Test early and test often the features that you own. Check that the experience is optimal, no obvious use cases are missed, and the features solve the problem that is meant to be solved.
Monitor the execution of team’s dependencies. Ensure that every team finish their work on time. Remove roadblocks and manage risks.
As an employee of UiPath you are required to comply at all times with UiPath’s policies that were communicated to you from time to time and that are available on Inside UiPath.
What you'll bring to the team
5 + years’ end-to-end product management experience with SaaS, PaaS, or low-code platforms; at least 2 years owning SDKs or third-party integrations.
Technical fluency in APIs and, ideally, high-level scripting knowledge (REST, webhooks, OAuth; ability to speak credibly with senior engineers).
Ability to influence senior engineers, align multiple PMs, and balance competing priorities.
Business acumen and great process development and refinement skills.
Strong knowledge of project management principles.
Demonstrated UX sensibility; formal certification in user-experience or human-centered design is a plus.
Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
