Your Mission

As a Senior Instructional Designer on the Global Product Support (GPS) Training team, you’ll design and develop learning programs that enhance product knowledge and drive employee development. Your work will improve team performance and elevate the customer support experience.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Learning Design and Deployment Strategy

    · Lead end-to-end instructional design projects from analysis to evaluation

    · Develop strategies for complex software and technical skills training

    · Design inclusive, user-centered learning experiences across skill levels

  • Content Development & Innovation

    · Build engaging content for software troubleshooting and technical training

    · Collaborate with SMEs to conduct interviews and curate relevant, contextual learning

    · Design assessments that measure knowledge and application

  • Cross-Functional Leadership

    · Align learning with business goals by partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success

    · Mentor junior designers and share best practices

    · Present strategies and outcomes to leadership

  • Technology Integration

    · Use LMSs, authoring tools, and emerging tech to enhance delivery

    · Optimize content for platforms like Articulate, SharePoint, Confluence, and Slack

    · Apply data-driven methods to measure learning impact using learning analytics best practices

What you'll bring to the team

Education & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or related field

· 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Delivery, or Enablement—preferably in tech, AI, or SaaS environments with at least 3 years in the software/technology industry

· Experience designing learning for technical products and software applications

· Familiarity driving change management or enterprise adoption programs

· Experience in consulting or advisory roles for software, digital transformation or enablement

Technical Skills

· Expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Design Thinking)

· Advanced use of authoring tools (Storyline, Captivate, Canva etc.)

· Proficiency with LMSs, video editing, and creative design tools like (Adobe Illustrator, etc.)

· Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and collaboration with dev teams

Software Industry Knowledge

· Strong grasp of SDLC and agile methodologies

· Experience designing for SaaS, APIs, or enterprise tools

· Familiarity with documentation and help systems

Core Competencies

· Excellent project management and multitasking skills

· Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making

· Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences

· Collaborative leadership and cross-functional influence

Preferred

· Master’s degree

· Certifications in instructional design or project management

· Experience in customer education or community building
· Experience with localized/international content
