Your mission
In this role, you will deliver UiPath Process Mining projects to clients as part of UiPath’s EMEA Professional Services team. By leveraging Process Mining, you will provide transparency into complex real-world business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive process transformations. Furthermore, you will use Process Mining as a steppingstone to automation and intelligent agent deployment within the UiPath platform, enabling end-to-end digital transformation in collaboration with clients.
What you'll do at UiPath
Implement end-to-end Process Mining projects across various processes, clients and industries
Engage in discovery and identification of processes to be mined and mapping the customer’s business processes considering the available data
Communicate and work with process SMEs to define requirements for Process Mining applications
Propose business KPIs tailored to the selected process(es), facilitate the communication and validation of the business KPIs
Work closely with data engineers to develop Process Mining applications and to build custom dashboards and KPIs
Validate technical implementation and facilitate the mitigation of risks and issues throughout the development phase
Reveal process inefficiencies & bottlenecks and turn those insights into actions
Perform confirmatory and exploratory analysis, identify opportunities, and recommend optimal solutions
Create, analyze and present data-driven business cases for proposed process improvements to business leaders and technical experts
Deliver demos, business training, and support for new or existing clients
What you'll bring to the team
University Degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science
3+ years as a Business Analyst, Process Owner in Finance and Accounting, Process Improvement specialist
Hands-on experience in working with data and creating visualizations using Process Mining and/or BI tools
Strong process minded and data-driven thinking, problem solving and solution oriented
Strong business process management/improvement experience
Ability to engage with stakeholders to understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing business environments
Effective communication skills & team player attitude
Fluent written and spoken English, proficiency in other European languages is desired
Nice to have
Experience navigating, designing and implementing data models
Experience in designing and implementing ETL pipelines to extract, transform and load data using data extraction tools (e.g. CData, Theobald Xtract Universal, Alteryx, data loading scripts) and SQL queries
Knowledge of SAP and Oracle systems and their processes (e.g. procure to pay, order to cash)
