Your mission
As an Email Marketing Manager, you’ll deliver best-in-class email and marketing automation support for both regional and global demand generation campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including events, webinars, whitepapers, account-based marketing, and partner programs, while ensuring alignment with corporate brand guidelines and industry best practices.
What you'll do at UiPath
Campaign Execution: Implement marketing automation and email best practices to support global demand generation and regional marketing teams
Campaign Development: Build and deploy campaigns using Marketo, including QA, campaign flow setup, email and landing page creation (from templates), and media tracking
Email Strategy: Collaborate with Marketing Program Managers to shape email strategies aligned with business goals
Design & Optimization: Design and refine email campaigns, acting as a strategic advisor and best practices consultant
Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on campaign performance to improve email effectiveness and marketing impact
Compliance: Ensure campaigns comply with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations
Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on templates, segmentation, messaging, calls-to-action, and timing
Reporting: Maintain weekly and monthly KPI reports and analyze their impact on overall business and campaign goals
Brand Alignment: Ensure all campaigns follow brand guidelines and global email standards
List Management: Build and segment accurate target lists to support campaign objectives
Program Integration: Verify tracking and program integrations function properly prior to deployment
Template Customization: Familiarity with HTML/CSS for customizing email templates is a strong plus
Certifications: Certifications in email marketing or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo Certified Expert) are a plus.
What you'll bring to the team
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms: Marketo strongly preferred
Platform Proficiency: Deep understanding of email marketing platforms and campaign execution
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations
Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and regional teams
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with HTML/CSS for light email template customization
Regulatory Awareness: Solid understanding of GDPR and email compliance requirements
Testing Expertise: Proven experience with A/B and multivariate testing strategies
Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day campaign execution
Results-Driven: Track record of delivering measurable results
through email marketing initiatives.
