Your mission

As a Transformation Analyst, you will be an integral part of a high-performing team within the Strategic Transformation Office. You will partner closely with Senior Transformation Directors to support execution of complex, high-value transformation programs with strategic customers.

This is a growth-focused role for an early-career professional with strong analytical capabilities, curiosity, and a desire to contribute to industry-shaping deals. You’ll work cross-functionally across sales, consulting, and value engineering to drive data-backed insights and deliver compelling, customer-centric outputs.

What you'll do at UiPath

Engagement & Execution Support

  • Prepare and support strategic design-thinking workshops with customers to identify high-impact opportunities for agentic automation

  • Develop business case materials, industry research, and customer-facing collateral

  • Translate customer objectives into initial hypotheses, models, and input for commercial deal structures

Data & Insight Generation

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support bespoke commercial strategies business cases

  • Analyse customer data to identify value drivers, ROI, and agentic automation potential

  • Build initial ROI, TCO, and performance tracking models under guidance from senior team members

Strategic Program Enablement

  • Help coordinate workshops, discovery sessions, and internal planning meetings

  • Document key insights and actions from CxO meetings and provide briefing packs for STO leaders

  • Track progress of transformation initiatives and assist with internal communications and reporting

Knowledge & Capability Building

  • Develop fluency in UiPath’s platform, automation operating models, and enterprise delivery best practices

  • Contribute to refining and evolving STO assets, frameworks, and toolkits

What you'll bring to the team

  • 1–3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, value engineering, or enterprise sales support

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Comfort with financial modeling and performance analysis

  • Familiarity with automation, digital transformation, or enterprise software is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines

  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset

  • Fluency in English & German
