Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

As a Creative & Production Coordinator, you will support the management and rollout of core content production platforms, including Canva and our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. This is a highly collaborative, operational role working across teams to enable scalable creative delivery — ensuring assets, templates, users, and processes are working effectively and efficiently.
Hands-on Canva design expertise is a major plus. If you’re able to not only coordinate the creation of templates but also design and build them yourself, this will significantly enhance your impact and position you as a core contributor to the creative toolkit

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Platform Support – Canva & DAM
    - Administer Canva user accounts, permissions, seat allocation, and license audits
    - Support Canva template library: coordination, population, updates, documentation
    - Design and build Canva templates directly, where capacity allows, in line with brand standards
    - Assist in onboarding, training, and upskilling users on Canva and DAM platforms
    - Triage and respond to Canva and DAM access issues or platform-related support requests
-Maintain records of active users and communicate key updates or usage guidelines
    - Monitor performance, adoption, and recommend improvements to increase usage and ROI

  • Creative Production Enablement
-Coordinate asset/template creation and rollout in partnership with design team
-Maintain central log of current and upcoming template needs, prioritized by audience and impact

-Track production schedules and usage metrics across design templates and tools
- Escalate issues or blockers (e.g., creative resource gaps, unclear briefs) to ensure continuity

  • Workflow & Process Administration

    - Document briefing processes, template criteria, and handoff protocols between teams
-Create and update intake forms, workflows, training decks, and other enablement assets
-Liaise with Creative studio project management leads, marketing, and
brand stakeholders to support cross-functional alignment

  • Communication & Reporting
    - Help prepare simple reports or dashboards for leadership on platform adoption and usage
-Support internal communication (email, chat, meetings) around new tools, resources, and expectations
-Ensure teams are kept informed of template availability, DAM transitions, and support options

What you'll bring to the team

  • 2+ years experience in marketing ops, creative production, content coordination, or tooling support

  • Strong proficiency in Canva, with hands-on experience designing brand-compliant templates

  • Comfortable working with designers, marketers, and technical platforms

  • Exceptionally organized and process-driven — able to bring clarity to complexity

  • Excellent communicator and natural collaborator — good at translating between creative, operational, and technical needs

  • Experience working in or with cross-functional, agile teams is a plus

  • Familiarity with DAM systems (Papirfly, Bynder, Brandfolder, etc.) and workflow tools like Asana or Trello is beneficial

  • Tools & Platforms
- Canva (design capability strongly preferred)
    - Microsoft Office
- Papirfly or similar DAMs (Bynder, Brandfolder, Frontify, etc.)
    - Figma (basic familiarity desirable)
- Project management tools like Basecamp, Monday.com, Asana, or Trello (desirable)
