Could that be you?

Your mission

As part of the Product Operations team, you will coordinate accessibility initiatives across assigned UiPath products to ensure they are inclusive and accessible to all users. In this role, you will facilitate the continuous improvement of accessibility processes & support their integration in the product development lifecycle.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Track and drive resolution of accessibility issues in partnership with product and engineering teams to ensure compliance with the industry accessibility standards

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, negotiating capacity and rates during peak periods, and tracking budget utilization

  • Define, update, and help automate accessibility processes together with internal stakeholders and support their adoption across teams

  • Evaluate and apply AI-driven tools to scale issue detection, remediation and reporting

  • Partner with customer-facing teams to provide accessibility expertise during the sales process, participate in client meetings as needed, and respond to escalated support inquiries by collaborating with internal teams

  • Stay updated on industry best practices, standards and regulations and ensure that updates are reflected in internal practices and documentation

What you'll bring to the team

  • 3+ years of project / program management experience at technology companies - experience in an accessibility-focused role is a strong plus (e.g. accessibility project management / testing / UX design etc.)

  • Experience managing QA activities (issue tracking, test cases management etc.)

  • Strong familiarity with WCAG 2.2, European Accessibility Act or other relevant accessibility standards

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and dependencies

  • Confidence working cross-functionally across both technical and business teams

  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills

  • Self-motivated and able to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment

  • A user advocate with a deep respect for accessibility and inclusion in digital experiences
