UiPath is looking for a proactive, curious, and creative Internal Communications Intern to support our global employee experience strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of internal communications, combining digital signage, Slack engagement, video storytelling, and intranet management to help UiPathers stay connected, informed, and inspired.
You'll be part of the People Development & Experience team, which focuses on designing seamless employee experiences that enable people to feel like they belong and can grow their career at UiPath. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team and other stakeholders, and you'll play a key role in driving content, communications processes, and visibility across the company. You’ll work at the intersection of culture, operations, and innovation—with real impact on how employees experience life at UiPath.
This is what you'll do at UiPath
Edit internal videos for executive messages, cultural stories, and internal campaigns using tools like Descript, Adobe Premiere, or Canva
Support and evolve The Weekly newsletter by sourcing stories, writing content, formatting, publishing, and promoting across channels
Draft and publish Slack posts with short, engaging, visual content to drive global engagement
Coordinate in-office digital signage across global offices by partnering with Office Managers, IT, and Brand
Manage and update intranet content to keep pages accurate, branded, and easy to navigate
This is what you'll bring to the team
Experience with video editing software is required
Strong writer with a clear, friendly tone for internal audiences
Prompt, proactive, and organized with attention to detail
Comfortable owning tasks independently and meeting deadlines
Able to tailor messaging across functions like GTM, Product, IT, HR, and Finance
Brings creative, actionable ideas to improve employee engagement
Understands or is curious about UiPath technology and culture
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Slack, newsletters, or intranet systems
Experience working in internal comms, marketing, or multi-stakeholder projects
Passion for storytelling, automation, and improving employee experience
