Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Help shape the future of Intelligent Document Processing at UiPath

At UiPath, we’re on a mission to accelerate human achievement through the power of automation. Our Intelligent Xtraction & Processing (IXP) solution transforms how businesses process documents and communications—leveraging the latest proprietary and foundation models with advanced data processing techniques to extract structured data quickly, accurately, and at scale.

As an AI Product Manager in the IXP team, you will be the voice of the customer, shaping product strategy, driving execution, and ensuring IXP sets the industry standard for AI-powered document and communication processing. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver a product that delivers real business value —while also expanding IXP into new content types based on market demand.
If you’re passionate about AI, user-centric design, and building impactful solutions that turn unstructured content into actionable insights, we’d love to have you join our team.

What you’ll do

  • Define and communicate the IXP product vision, aligning it with UiPath’s strategy, market opportunities, and customer needs.

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—planning, prioritizing, and delivering features using scalable and agile development practices.

  • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights through telemetry, interviews, and direct engagement to shape product decisions.

  • Validate and refine features early to ensure they deliver accuracy, usability, and real-world value for non-technical business users.

  • Coordinate across teams to resolve dependencies, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on track.

  • Enable internal and external stakeholders through demos, documentation, training materials, and clear roadmap communication.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience managing engineering backlogs and delivering customer-facing software products, ideally involving AI/ML and unstructured data processing.

  • Strong business acumen and product management expertise, with a track record of optimizing end-to-end delivery processes.

  • Solid understanding of agile principles and iterative development, with the adaptability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

  • Experience shaping UX for technical and non-technical users, ensuring usability and adoption.

  • Proficiency in English and a data-driven, proactive approach to problem-solving.

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
