At UiPath, we’re redefining how work gets done with automation and AI. We’re now looking for a Product Marketing Manager — Agents & Data who is passionate about building AI-powered workflows that transform how product marketing operates.
This role goes beyond analysis — you’ll be designing, prototyping, and deploying agentic AI workflows that directly support go-to-market strategies, customer insights, and sales enablement. What you’ll do
Build AI Agents: Scope, design, and deploy agent workflows aligned with cross-team product marketing strategies and GTM priorities.
Develop data dashboards: Create and manage data plans and dashboards to optimize campaigns, improve content development practices, and refine customer segmentation and targeting.
Drive innovation: Experiment with how AI agents can best support product marketers — designing new use cases, automations, and tools.
Enable customer analysis: Build and improve workflows and tools for AI-driven analysis of customer feedback and market data.
Bridge to sales: Provide sales teams with data-driven insights and AI workflows that strengthen product launches and GTM plans.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, data science or equivalent experience.
4+ years’ experience in data, AI or analytics within an AI / SaaS environment.
Strong command of English (native-level or near-native).
Proven ability to leverage AI and data to analyze complex ideas across the customer journey.
Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, able to communicate with technical and economic buyers alike.
Growth mindset, adaptability, and a continuous-improvement attitude.
Nice-to-have
Experience in automation or RPA.
Hands-on experience with UiPath agentic features and Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
Strong analytical background and attention to detail; comfortable solving ambiguous problems independently.
