Your mission

Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy for direct and channel sales. Directly influence time to productivity with the rollout of world-class learning and enablement programs that help the team to successfully position the unique value UiPath provides to customers.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Ensures that the Enablement team is properly aligned with Business Challenges and Business Objectives of all the sales stakeholders.

  • Develops a schedule of training activities that supports business priorities and includes regional learning and enablement requirements.

  • Applies a strong and varied sales talent background to support On-Boarding programs, On-Going and enablement programs and skills offerings, and On-Demand enablement tools and initiatives.

  • Works effectively with multiple stakeholders in a complex matrixed environment to design education solutions that involve functional & corporate input.

  • Develops and implements training goals and performance standards and reports back to theater and global stakeholders on a quarterly basis.

  • Establishes a reputation in the market as a subject expert for sales enablement, based on a deep sales enablement background and a solid understanding of the latest market research & trends.

  • Support partner enablement as requested by the Partner Enablement team.

  • Also, as an employee of UiPath you are required to comply at all times with UiPath’s policies that were communicated to you from time to time and that are available on Inside UiPath.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Extensive Sales Enablement Experience: 10+ years in sales enablement roles, with a proven ability to define and deliver programs that drive comprehensive implementation and results.

  • Leadership Expertise: 5+ years of experience leading functional teams of individual contributors, with 1+ year of experience as a second-line leader or exposure to development opportunities.

  • Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience in the B2B software and technology industry, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across functions and internationally, driving large-scale initiatives with creativity and program management expertise.

  • Strong Presentation Skills: Confident and effective presenter, with experience leading major enablement events and presenting to large audiences.

  • Learning Technology Expertise: Proven experience with learning technologies that enable scale, consistency, and cost-effectiveness, driving business results through innovative solutions.
