Your mission

Our Technical Account Manager team executes upon a wide variety of customer technical enablement efforts, ensuring they launch UiPath successfully, adopt it widely and are continually driving business value from UiPath. The Technical Account Managers are entrusted with some of UiPath's largest and most strategic customers, working with stakeholders across all parts of the business and at all levels.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • The Technical Account Manager will be an extended part of client’s technical team ensuring automation program is running effectively

  • Provide support for automation process discovery initiatives, working closely with the customers to address technical requirements.

  • Assist customers in resolving their technical challenges including provision of infrastructure installation, upgrade planning and oversight.

  • Assist customers in establishing best practices for Automation CoE focusing on Implementation, Governance, Support and Monitoring.

  • Act as a technical advisor to customers while performing code reviews, infrastructure scaling guidance and holding preventive care sessions.

  • Help customer to identify and develop new use cases for UiPath that drive adoption and align to customer’s business needs and strategic goals.

  • Provide technical guidance to customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes.

  • Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams on UiPath best practices.

  • Provide product engineering team with customers’ feedback and contribute to identification and creation of new features or products.

  • Perform initial or secondary investigations and respond to online and phone support requests.

  • Conduct periodic reviews with customers (e.g. Health checks).

  • Proactively analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements.

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams within UiPath to translate business needs into new solutions for customers.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Previous working experience with Process Mining and Task Mining tools from UiPath.

  • Knowledge of Celonis or other process mining products is a plus.

  • Experience with client IT and Data teams to define the optimal Event Log extraction and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) strategy from source systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ERP, CRM), ensuring data quality and availability..

  • Guide the technical implementation, configuration, and integration of the Process Mining platform into the client's complex IT landscape.

  • Solid understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) principles, process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile), and common business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, etc.).

  • Good technical familiarity with event log structures from major enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow) is highly desirable.

  • 10 years of industry experience with hands-on experience on programming e.g., .NET C#, C++, VB, Java or PowerShell etc.

  • Experience in technical support, project management, technical sales and consultancy. Previous experience in application or implementation support domain is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.

  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.

  • Willing to travel as and when needed.

Nice to Have:

  • Working knowledge or exposure to UiPath product.

  • UiPath Certified Professionals will get more attention.

  • Familiarity with software and front-end development.
