Your mission

As a Senior Product Manager for our Inventory product, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping how businesses unlock real value through applied AI. You’ll join a high-performing, cross-functional team building next-generation products in a rapidly evolving space - one where innovation, learning, and impact are daily drivers.You’ll be responsible for identifying and prioritizing the most valuable product opportunities, driving discovery and delivery, and collaborating across Peak and UiPath teams to bring transformative solutions to life. From influencing go-to-market strategy to driving customer adoption, you’ll help shape a product vision that excites teams and delivers commercial impact.What you'll do at UiPath

  • Discover the most valuable opportunities through collaboration with our customers and various functions across the business including Data Science and GTM teams

  • Define and drive the product vision and strategy, working with leadership and your team to set objectives and key results that drive Peak to valuable outcomes

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, influencing decision making throughout the product life cycle

  • Research and understand market trends, competitors and new technologies to identify new capabilities with data science research teams

  • Prioritise and own the product roadmap & backlogs for your product, working with cross-functional squads comprised of machine learning engineers, data scientists and product designers

  • Lead discovery efforts with Product Design through rapid prototyping, user testing, and iterative learning

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch new capabilities to market

What you'll bring to the team

  • Prior experience working as a Senior Product Manager at a product-led B2B SaaS company is essential

  • Deep expertise in inventory management and supply chain planning - from either working with inventory planning/supply chain operations at retail/CPG/manufacturing companies, or building inventory optimization products

  • Experience delivering features to users built using GenAI technologies, with understanding of agent architectures, tool use, and autonomous decision systems

  • Track record of driving product adoption and demonstrating measurable business outcomes with enterprise customers

  • Experience working closely with technical teams to solve complex problems and ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams

  • Proven track record of using data and insights to influence decision making and drive and measure incremental value

  • Experience collaborating with and managing exec level stakeholders
