Your mission
We are the market facing engine of UiPath. We are a talented group of people who are passionate about putting our “Accelerating Human Achievement” vision into action through world-class execution. Our Renewals Specialist team is responsible for driving account renewals in advance, driving retention with existing customers, and increasing the number of product expansions.
What you'll do at UiPath
Project manage the renewal experience in close partnership with assigned Customer Success Manager and Account Executive to provide a seamless customer experience.
Retain and increase subscription revenue in existing customer accounts by positioning packages and price updates.
Migrate existing customers from our legacy plans onto new packaging and licensing models.
Proactively identify lengthier renewal scenarios and maintain high on time renewal rates.
Update renewal forecast on a weekly basis and maintain reporting.
Create client proposals and contracts for all existing customer renewals. Continuously iterate and provide customer feedback on the renewal experience.

What you'll bring to the team
Experience in renewals, sales, or account management.
Being comfortable with negotiation and having conversations with procurement departments.
High confidence in managing customer quoting, contracts, and terms.
Strong customer-facing acumen and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and to help manage a high volume of accounts.
Ability to build relationships quickly and work with many cross-functional teams.
Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently with little oversight to deliver on deadlines and ensure timeliness of renewals.
Ambition to look for opportunities to expand the scope of the role and take on new projects.
Experience working with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Fluent written and spoken English and a second language.
Automation first mindset.
Fluent Level of Japanese required.
