Your mission
As a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will lead recruitment across EMEA focused on our Product & Engineering (P&E) organization, primarily focusing on Romania & the UK. In this role, you will report to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition and collaborate with the team and business leaders to help ensure we are hiring the best and most diverse talent. You will have the unique opportunity to help shape some of the processes and initiatives important to the organization. This role is integral to driving future growth across our Products portfolio at UiPath.
What you'll do at UiPath
Coach and lead a high-performing recruitment team and provide guidance and mentorship to support their development and encourage them to thrive
Create strong communication channels with your team and both internal and external clients.
Develop and implement effective and innovative recruiting strategies to attract and source high-quality candidates for the P&E organization
Identify and drive partnerships with business leaders within Product & Engineering, HR Business Partners and stakeholders from various COE groups (compensation, mobility, etc)
You will deliver scalable solutions and mechanisms to continuously improve and evolve the hiring experience for technical recruiting in EMEA
You will own various activities to deliver an amazing candidate experience, setting UiPath apart from the competition
Advise hiring managers and talent team on innovative sourcing & engagement strategies utilizing external market best practices and intelligence to influence direction
Drive change & innovation – evolve your team's approach and skills, striving to be a thought leader
You will own projects and initiatives with impact across the TA function
What you'll bring to the team
8+ years of experience working within Talent Acquisition for a fast-paced technology-driven company
5+ years of Leadership and/or Management experience
Analytical approach and ability to translate goals, metrics, and research into strategy and opportunities
Experience in coaching your team to operate to their full potential and grow people beyond what they thought was possible
Experience partnering with business leaders to achieve hiring results
Experience in managing high-volume recruitment programs to meet evolving needs of Product and/or Engineering teams
Strong program and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Experience in implementing new and innovative hiring practices that yield results and evolve the function
Collaborative approach with a resilient mindset
