The anticipated base salary range for this position is between the amounts in the Compensation Tier. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. Advocacy Marketing at UiPath is where the farthest reaching, most credible voices in the market come together—and where interns get real influence from day one. Our team leads all customer advocacy, social media, influencer programs, executive communications, and employee advocacy, shaping how the world hears and experiences UiPath.

That means turning customer stories into movements, executives into thought leaders, employees into advocates, and social channels into must-follow destinations.

What you'll do at UiPath

As a Marketing Intern on our Advocacy Marketing team in Bellevue, you won't be watching from the sidelines. You'll help tell stories that travel fast, build programs that scale globally, and experiment at the intersection of technology, creativity, and culture. Your contributions will include:

  • Social Media Management: Create, curate, and schedule content across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, TikTok, and YouTube using platforms like Hootsuite and other social media management tools

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging video, podcast, written, and visual content that amplifies customer stories, executive thought leadership, and employee advocacy

  • Customer Advocacy Programs: Support initiatives that turn customer success stories into compelling narratives and advocacy movements

  • Influencer & Executive Communications: Assist in building and managing relationships with industry influencers and crafting executive communications

  • Social Listening & Research: Conduct research and monitor conversations across social channels to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights

  • Employee Advocacy: Help scale programs that empower UiPath employees to become brand ambassadors

  • Campaign Support: Collaborate on advocacy campaigns that reach global audiences and drive engagement

  • Analytics & Optimization: Track social media performance and advocacy program metrics to optimize content and strategy

What you'll bring to the team

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field

  • Demonstrated experience creating content and conducting research across social media platforms including LinkedIn, X, Reddit, TikTok, and YouTube

  • Experience using social media management platforms like Hootsuite or similar tools

  • Content creation skills in video and podcast production

  • Strong writing abilities, particularly for technical products and brands (preferred)

  • Passion for storytelling and ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging narratives

  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to experiment at the intersection of technology, creativity, and culture

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excitement about emerging technology and automation

  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work across teams
