Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Architect the Global Experience: Work on UI/UX initiatives for UiPath’s international web presence, UiPath’s events and other properties, ensuring a seamless experience across multiple languages and localized regions.

  • Design for Impact: Create high-conversion landing pages, interactive web experiences, and digital brand assets that bridge the gap between complex technology and human-centric storytelling.

  • Scale the Design System: Work within and evolve our marketing design system. You’ll ensure that every component—from buttons to complex data visualizations—is modular, accessible, and consistently applied globally.

  • Collaborate Across Borders: Partner closely with Web Developers, Content Strategists, and Regional Marketing leads to translate business goals into pixel-perfect, responsive designs.

  • Prototype & Iterate: Use Figma to build high-fidelity prototypes, testing everything from navigation flows to micro-interactions to ensure we are always optimizing for the user.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Experience: 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, specifically in a Marketing or Brand-focused environment (SaaS experience is a major plus).

  • Technical fluency: understands technical constraints and possibilities, and can collaborate effectively with engineers, copywriters, architects, and stakeholders

  • Design systems expertise: creating and contributing to design systems across different companies and an understanding of scalable, systematic design at enterprise level

  • Innovation-focused: working with AI-powered tools, comfortable working on experimental and cutting-edge initiatives

  • Experience: A solid portfolio showing you understand how users think (and how to make things look clean).

· Tools: Mastery of Figma and Adobe products and a good grasp of design hand-off processes. (Visual development tools like Webflow and Framer is a plus)

  • Mindset: You are a "finisher." You take pride in your work, you’re communicative, you like to problem solve.

  • Language: Fluency in English as you’ll be working in an international team.

Nice to Have

  • Basic Video Editing Skills

  • Basic Coding Skills

  • Experience with international teams

  • Experience in Saas or software company

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
