To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your Mission

UiPath Supply Chain and Retail team (Peak) is looking for a Solution Architect
The Solution Architect for Peak is a customer-facing architect and functional leader for mapping and validating UiPath (and Peak’s) agentic automation and predictive AI products onto our customer’s enterprise IT landscape. This will enable Peak’s ML-powered Inventory and Pricing products to operate successfully within customer environments as part of broader agentic solutions. This role combines strategic technical customer engagement for big enterprise customers, solution architecture ownership and hands-on leadership for smaller ICP customers, translating business challenges into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

This role works directly with customer business and technical stakeholders, Peak sales and forward deployed engineers to understand their enterprise landscape, evaluate architectural constraints, and design target-state solutions that integrate Peak products using standard interfaces, configuration, and approved customisations.

A core responsibility of the role is ensuring that customer implementations do not require material modification of Peak’s core product, while still meeting enterprise requirements for scale, security, and operability.

What you'll do at UiPath

● Lead architectural assessments and design of Peak solutions in complex enterprise environments. Conduct architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of client enterprise-wide systems as per engagement.

● Proactively identify and overcome blockers during implementation of Peak solutions for customers in pre-sales and early phases of an implementation .

● Articulate clear boundaries between configurable implementations and unsupported customizations, ensuring product scalability and upgradeability.

● Drive best practices for implementations, custom solutions, product support, and above all the UiPath and Peak products.

● Develop, enhance, and maintain established solution design documentation and processes..

● Explain solution options to technical and business stakeholders using diagrams and visual models.

● Serve as a strategic technical/functional authority throughout presales and into delivery, collaborating with customer Enterprise Architects and IT teams to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps and maximum use of Peak’s product capabilities.

● Create and maintain reusable architecture artefacts - including reference architectures, integration patterns, deployment models, and visual diagrams -for use by Sales Engineers, Product Managers and other teams.

● Translate customer business and technical requirements into validated solution designs, and ensure smooth handover to FDE teams

● Work closely with product and engineering teams specifically around product gaps related to solution implementation, configuration and pro code customizations, as well as providing customer feedback and insights.

What you'll bring to the team

● Multiple years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems design, or a related functional or technical leadership role.

● Experience working within SaaS, ERP, or enterprise ML/AI product companies in customer-facing contexts.

● Strong track record delivering solution designs for large, complex enterprise customers.

● Excellent communicator with ability to explain technical concepts to business and technical audiences alike.

● Proven ability to produce high-quality technical artefacts (diagrams, patterns, reference architectures).

● Demonstrated experience with architectural evaluation, design patterns, integration approaches, and governance frameworks.

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
