Life at UiPath
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
Your Mission
The Senior Manager, Partner/ GSIs is a strategic leadership role responsible for scaling and managing the UiPath alliance with TechM, Infosys, HCL, and LTIMindtree globally. You will serve as the primary relationship owner, driving joint go-to-market (GTM) strategy, revenue growth, and partner enablement. This role requires a unique blend of sales acumen, strategic thinking, and deep partner ecosystem experience to maximize the value of our GSI partnerships.
This is what you'll do at UiPath:
Strategic Partnership Management
Own and scale the alliances globally, serving as the primary relationship owner for all partnership activities
Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy encompassing sell-with and sell-through motions
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior executives and practice leaders
Define joint industry solutions and co-innovation initiatives that leverage UiPath's agentic automation platform and partner’s domain expertise
Revenue Growth & Business Development
Drive measurable revenue growth through joint pipeline development, co-selling, and partner-sourced opportunities
Collaborate with UiPath field sales teams to identify and close joint customer engagements
Manage the partner scorecard, tracking KPIs including partner-sourced revenue, certifications, joint wins, and customer outcomes
Develop and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to UiPath and partner leadership
Partner Enablement & Capacity Building
Design and execute enablement programs to grow partner practice capacity across automation, AI, and agentic solutions
Drive partner practitioner certifications and competency development across the full UiPath platform
Coordinate workshops, hackathons, and best-practice sharing sessions to accelerate partner’s delivery capabilities
Support partner development of industry-specific solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with UiPath Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on partnership priorities
Coordinate co-marketing initiatives including joint events, case studies, thought leadership, and conference participation
Navigate partner’s organizational structure across multiple lines of business and regional practices
This is what you'll bring to the team
8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, partner management, or alliance management
5+ years of direct experience working with or within a Global System Integrator (Infosys, TechM, HCL, LTIMindtree strongly preferred)
Proven track record of building and scaling GSI partnerships in a high-growth SaaS environment
Deep understanding of sell-with, and sell-through partner engagement models
Experience navigating complex GSI organizational structures across multiple lines of business
Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships at the C-suite and practice leader level
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills — ability to align Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services around partnership priorities
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with UiPath's platform or enterprise automation/AI technologies (RPA, agentic automation, process mining, intelligent document processing)
Experience with Salesforce CRM, Power BI, and partner ecosystem management tools
Track record of driving $10M+ in partner-influenced or partner-sourced revenue
